Welcome to Rewired! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rewired mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Rewired

Rewired is a personal growth and mental wellness application that uses evidence-based techniques and AI-powered tools to help you identify and transform limiting beliefs.

Rewired is a self-help tool, not a medical device or substitute for professional mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility

To use Rewired, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Have parental consent if under 18 (where required by law)
Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings
No refunds for partial billing periods
Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase

4. Free Trials

If offered, free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one trial per Apple ID. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
Use the App to harm yourself or others
Share your account credentials with others
Use the App in any way that could interfere with its operation

6. Health Disclaimer

REWIRED IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CARE.

The App provides self-help tools only
It does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition
It is not a crisis intervention service
AI responses are generated content, not professional advice

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (journal entries, chat messages, assessment responses). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content, lessons, exercises, and AI models, is owned by Rewired and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using the App. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
