Age Requirement
Rewired is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and name (for authentication and personalization)
- Profile Data: Age range and pronouns (optional, to personalize content)
- Assessment Responses: Your answers to psychological assessments used to identify belief patterns
- Session Data: Your progress, journal entries, and exercise responses
- Chat Conversations: Messages exchanged with the AI coach (processed to extract insights, then deleted for privacy)
- Avatar Photo: If you choose to take a selfie for your avatar (stored locally and in your account)
How We Use Your Data
- To personalize your experience and lesson content
- To track your progress through the program
- To provide AI coaching tailored to your journey
- To send optional push notifications about your sessions
- To improve our services and content
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest
- We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information
- Chat messages are automatically deleted after insights are extracted to protect your privacy
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the app:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- Anthropic: AI processing (conversations are processed but not stored by Anthropic)
- OneSignal: Push notifications
- TelemetryDeck: Privacy-focused analytics (no personal data collected)
- Sentry: Crash reporting (with personal data scrubbed)
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
- Opt out of push notifications
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
