Rewired ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
Age Requirement
Rewired is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and name (for authentication and personalization)
- Profile Data: Age range and pronouns (optional, to personalize content)
- Assessment Responses: Your answers to psychological assessments used to identify belief patterns
- Session Data: Your progress, journal entries, exercise responses, and app interactions
- Chat Conversations: Messages exchanged with the AI coach, including follow-up messages and related context used to generate responses and insights
- Voice and Audio Data: If you use voice features, we may process microphone audio, speech transcripts, AI chat text, and generated voice responses to provide speech-to-text and text-to-speech features
- Avatar Selection: If you choose to take a selfie for avatar matching, the image is processed on your device and discarded. We store the selected avatar ID, not your selfie image.

- To provide AI coaching tailored to your journey
- To convert your speech to text and convert AI responses into spoken audio when you choose voice features
- To send optional push notifications about your sessions
- To improve our services and content
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest
- We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information
- AI chat data is used only to provide App functionality, including responses, personalization, and insight extraction
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the app:
- Supabase: Authentication, database, cloud storage, and server-side functions
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- Apple Speech Framework: Speech recognition when you use voice input
- OpenAI: AI processing for coaching, personalized lessons, insights, and backup voice synthesis
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis for spoken AI responses when available
- OneSignal: Push notifications
- TelemetryDeck: Privacy-focused analytics (no personal data collected)
- Sentry: Crash reporting (with personal data scrubbed)
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
- Opt out of push notifications
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
